Mechanical repair shop

The mechanical repair shop of PROMFINSTROY JSC carries out centralized repair of the equipment of the entire enterprise, its maintenance, and also manufactures spare parts and replacement parts. The structure of the repair shop is complex:

• Station for the repair of dynamic equipment, carrying out repair of pumping and compressor equipment, repair of GPM, repair of electric drives, operational (round-the-clock) repair of equipment of installations;
• technological equipment repair shop - repair of process equipment, as well as repair of shut-off and safety valves, production of gaskets;
• mechanical workshop that manufactures and processes parts and assemblies, performs incoming inspection of bearings, heat treatment of parts and hardening with hardness control;
• design bureau;
• production planning, preparation and accounting group.

The concentration of production of spare parts and replacement parts in the RMC makes it possible to exclude the performance of irrational machine and locksmith work at repair sites
