The history of cooperation between the enterprises of LLC "Afipsky Refinery" and JSC "PROMFINSTROY" began long before the construction of Hydrocracking facilities. So, in the period from 2012 to 2014, the company built a Gallery railway draining and filling overpass with facilities of the general factory economy, participated in the reconstruction of the tank farm. During this time, PROMFINSTROY JSC has proved to be a reliable partner, which allows us to effectively implement joint larger-scale investment projects to modernize the capacities of Afipsky Refinery LLC. Thanks to highly qualified employees and a solid material and technical base, your company has earned a well-deserved reputation as a responsible and reliable business partner. Since 2019, our company has been implementing projects for the construction of a Hydrocracking Plant, a hydrogen production plant, a sulfur production Plant, and Local treatment facilities. PROMFINSTROY JSC fulfills all the obligations assumed by the General Contractor for the construction of facilities. At the moment, the company has carried out the installation of all unique large-tonnage equipment, performs the manufacture and installation of pipe assemblies for all installations from different groups of steels (HMM, alloyed, carbon and PVC), has started the installation of cable-bearing systems with subsequent transfer for installation of cable products. Even this is not a challenge for you, as for construction professionals. All current work, including the most complex installation operations, is carried out by specialists of PROMFINSTROY JSC efficiently and on time. At the same time, much attention is paid to compliance with labor protection norms and rules. Together with the Afipsky Refinery LLC, PROMFINSTROY JSC also participates in social programs of the Seversky district, providing assistance to the administration.
