The branches of PJSC ANC Bashneft, Bashneft-Ufaneftekhim, Bashneft-Novoil and Bashneft-UNPZ have been cooperating with Promfinstroy JSC for several years. In the current 2015, our main joint efforts are aimed at implementing a project for the reconstruction of biological treatment facilities, performing major repairs of a number of technological installations, preparing for the winter period. Taking this opportunity, I would like to note that Promfinstroy JSC is characterized by a high level of engineering preparation of production. Much attention is paid to labor protection, industrial safety, quality of work, technological discipline and responsibility for the final result. During the period of operation, Promfinstroy JSC has established itself as a professional, experienced and reliable partner, ready to responsibly fulfill its obligations.

Over two decades of fruitful activity, the staff of Promfinstroy JSC has earned well-deserved respect and many kind reviews from business partners. JSC Slavneft-YANOS also highly appreciates the constructive relationship that has developed between our organizations, which resulted in successfully implemented projects to create modern technological units for primary oil refining ELOU-AT-4, hydrotreating gasoline catalytic cracking at the plant. The specialists of Promfinstroy JSC also carried out a large-scale amount of work on the reconstruction of the 1A-1M catalytic cracking, updating dozens of existing technological installations under the program of technical re-equipment and overhaul in the shortest possible time.

I am pleased to congratulate on the anniversary of the organization, which in a fairly short time was able to turn into a thriving company. Together with you, such landmark projects for RNPC have been implemented as the construction of a vacuum gas oil hydrotreating complex, a single household complex, and a low-temperature isomerization unit.
