The partnership between Slavneft-YANOS PJSC and PROMFINSTROY JSC began in 2006 and continues successfully to the present. Thus, among the joint projects implemented are construction and installation works at the installations of the hydraulic processes workshop, catalytic production and gas workshop. In 2020, through the efforts of employees of PROMFINSTROY JSC and Slavneft-YANOS PJSC, the Wet Catalysis-2 installation was built and put into operation, which became the most important environmental project for the region. The current year was also successful, when the planned plans for major repairs and reconstruction of technological facilities were fully implemented. Specialists of PROMFINSTROY JSC are distinguished by high quality of work, strict compliance with deadlines for its implementation, as well as compliance with industrial safety requirements. I am sure that no less large-scale joint projects are waiting for us in the future!

In 2019, a large-scale modernization of the enterprise started at the Afipsky Refinery. The heart of the project of technological re-equipment of the plant is the Complex of hydrocracking of vacuum gas oil. PROMFINSTROY JSC performs the bulk of the work at the facilities of the complex as a general contractor. This is a powerful organization that has proven itself well over the years of its presence in the industry market. A professional approach to business, a wide profile of the work performed, competent employees – all this makes the company a reliable and responsible partner with whom you can solve the most difficult tasks.

It is possible to maintain a leading position in the industry only with continuous improvement of production processes. The high performance of PJSC Slavneft-YANOS directly depends on the quality of major repairs, reconstructions and technical re-equipment of installations. The partnership with PROMFINSTROY JSC also helps our plant to successfully pass repair campaigns. Long-term cooperation with the company allowed us to make sure of the high qualification of its staff, as well as sufficient financial and technical resources for the implementation of the most complex projects. So, by the end of 2022, together with the employees of PROMFINSTROY JSC, we managed to implement a complex project for the reconstruction of the VT-6 fuel oil vacuum distillation unit, which allowed to increase its productivity from 550 to 710 tons per hour. At the moment, the reconstruction of the aromatic hydrocarbons loading ramp is being completed, aimed at increasing the volume of oil product shipments, as well as the construction of a closed-type flare that will ensure environmentally safe flaring of flare gas. I wish PROMFINSTROY JSC further development and prosperity, as well as the implementation of new significant projects!

JSC Promfinstroy has been cooperating with PJSC
since 2012 to the present "Orsknefteorgsintez" for the modernization of the plant. During this period, the following objects were put into operation: Isomerization Complex (5 objects), Visbreaking Complex (2 objects), Hydrocracking Complex (10 objects), Reconstruction of 22-4 (2 objects), Hydrogen production Unit with a HOV aftertreatment unit.

The first joint experience of cooperation between JSC Ryazan Oil Refining Company and JSC Promfinstroy was the construction of a complex of VGO installations within the framework of the production modernization program in May 2002.
