On the eve of the eighth of March, on the International Women's Day, PROMFINSTROY JSC traditionally congratulates its employees, paying due respect to their professionalism, dedication to the common cause, responsibility and diligence.

The Moscow Capital Construction Department hosted an unusual and very interesting event for women who work in the company's division. Everyone attended a meditation class with Tibetan bowls. The gentle sound of Tibetan bowls, which sounds from touching metal, has a beneficial effect on the nervous system, the organs of perception and general well-being. Such therapy is easy and simple, has no contraindications and does not require any special training. In addition to relaxation and rest, it also gives deep concentration and even, as the creators of this technique believe, the fulfillment of desires.

The main thing in any festive event for the team is an opportunity for colleagues to gather in an informal setting, talk about abstract topics, change the usual working rhythm and get to know each other better from a new side. All this was noted by our employees of UKS Moscow as really important and thanked the organizers for a new interesting experience and a good mood for the holiday.
