On December 17, a training event on the "Operational Improvement System" for senior and middle managers of Promfinstroy JSC took place on the territory of the Peresvet Resort.
This is a special business efficiency improvement program designed for companies engaged in the oil and gas and petrochemical sectors. Independent business experts assessed the pros and cons of production management.
A paradox known to any manager is that the strengths of a large enterprise contain intractable shortcomings that lead to contradictions in the overall work. Therefore, students jointly build a plan for operational improvements, discuss the choice of tools for their implementation, find and work out the most likely errors in the implementation of projects.
The system of operational improvements is also useful for establishing and strengthening ties — both horizontal communications of all departments of a large enterprise, and vertical, from the head to the executor. It allows you to clearly see the role of a real leader in ensuring a constant influx and introduction of new projects, in building competent relationships with customers and contractors, in motivating performers and managing a huge team as a whole.
The participants actively discussed the vector of development of improvements not only for 2023. Now that a very clear and pragmatic development strategy has been developed for the future of the company, there is a basis for optimism. And the main thing is the energy to implement new ideas.
