We interact in a team - competently and effectively

On Thursday, February 9, employees of the Personnel Department of PROMFINSTROY JSC, the HR Department and the financial unit took part in an interesting training event based on the DISC method. These are trainings conducted by the multinational company INSUNRISE Psychometrix (https://vk.com/disc_insunrise ), their goal is to make students experts in the issues of interaction in the team, in the study andthe disclosure of everyone's abilities, the consolidation of important communication skills, the speed and correctness of professional decisions.

The DISC methodology is particularly useful;— as a profile analysis of a person and his behavior — is presented for a modern corporate culture, in which not only the effectiveness of interaction comes to the fore, but also deep mutual understanding, awareness of common goals and tasks in work and  their competent  embodiment.
