Cooperation with Gazpromneft-Moscow Refinery JSC has become a business card for PROMFINSTROY JSC in industrial construction. Over the past years, the holding's production base has been built on the territory of the Moscow Oil Refinery, and the builders' household town is located here. All this makes it possible to quickly solve the tasks that the plant's management sets for the general contractor for the repair and maintenance of technological equipment.
One of the complex major repairs — fifteen technological installations were stopped at the same time — was carried out at the Moscow Refinery in fifty days in the spring of 2008. To implement the project, the holding attracted its own resources of the Ryazan and Yaroslavl capital construction departments, as well as subcontractors to the plant. By the arrival of the builders, the leased industrial areas were repaired, the most comfortable living conditions were created.
PROMFINSTROY JSC carries out the installation of general factory facilities, the construction of engineering networks and inter-shop connections necessary to ensure the operation of the complex, and highways. The company also conducts general landscaping of the territory.
For the first quarter of 2023:
- 300 personnel are involved at a time;
- more than 2 km of overpasses with a height of 30 meters are being built throughout the territory of the MNPZ;
- 6735 m3 of 11858 m3 were concreted (56.8% of the total volume of work);
- 4850 tons of metal structures were constructed out of the required 14334 (33.8% of the plan);
- 17% of technological pipelines have been installed;
- more than 3 km of underground water supply and sewerage networks have been laid.
In March 2022, the specialists of the UKS Moscow of PROMFINSTROY JSC started the construction of the circulating water supply unit No. 3 (BOV-3), designed to provide recycled water to the technological installations of Gazpromneft-MNPZ JSC.
The construction of a new OUTN is part of a comprehensive program to modernize the fuel shipment infrastructure of the MNPZ. PROMFINSTROY JSC started construction of a new AUNT in June 2020.
The new terminal allows you to simultaneously ship gasoline, diesel and aviation fuel to tank cars. The throughput capacity is 2.1 million tons per year. The project meets strict industrial safety standards and is equipped with a comprehensive protection system. Modern technology of absolutely hermetic filling will exclude the possibility of oil products entering the environment. The vapor capture system will allow you to collect all the outgoing vapors and send them back to the technological process of the enterprise.The terminal replaced the system of the previous generation, which was dismantled.
For the first time in Russia, KUPN has combined a full production cycle — from primary oil treatment to the production of finished products. With the launch of the complex, MNPZ increased the production of motor gasoline by 15%, diesel fuel by 40%, aviation kerosene by 2 times. The project replaced five installations of the previous generation and, with an increase in production volumes by 11%, reduced the environmental impact.
PROMFINSTROY JSC carried out work on the SMR of section 100 (ELOU-AVT), section 600 (general engineering systems), on a closed-type torch, MCC, and also performed a complex of commissioning works of the entire KUPN.
The capacity of the new biological treatment facilities of the MNPZ was 1400 m3/hour. The facility includes two sites: the area of the first was about 6,400 m2, the second — 18,000 m2.
Biological treatment facilities were built on the territory of the former buffer pond, which was liquidated by the company in 2012. Construction of the new production facility began in the second half of 2015. New biological treatment facilities were put into operation in 2017.
Since December 2013, the reconstruction of the ELOU-AVT-6 installation has begun. During the reconstruction period, about 60% of the equipment was replaced at the installation. After the reconstruction, the installation acquired a new look thanks to new blocks and new landscaping on the territory of the installation, and most importantly, the technological process of processing raw materials was optimized in all parameters.
Since September 1, 2013, PROMFINSTROY JSC has started construction and installation works of a gas fractionating unit with a reflux purification unit from hydrogen sulfide and mercaptan sulfur for the needs of Gazpromneft-MNPZ JSC.
On May 3, 2012, PROMFINSTROY JSC started work on the reconstruction of the LCH 24-2000 diesel fuel hydrotreating unit at Gazpromneft-Moscow Refinery JSC. The implementation of this project made it possible to switch to the production of diesel fuel in accordance with the requirements of Euro-5, maintain productivity and bring oil refining plants up to the requirements of the current norms and rules of industrial safety.
Since April 2011, PROMFINSTROY JSC has been working on the construction of a catalytic cracking gasoline hydro-refining unit at Gazpromneft-MNPZ JSC. The installation was successfully put into operation. The implementation of this project made it possible to produce high-quality gasoline that meets European standards.
Since April 15, 2011, PROMFINSTROY JSC has started construction of a light naphtha isomerization unit at Gazpromneft-Moscow Refinery JSC. The unit is designed for the production of a gasoline component with an octane rating of up to 90.8 points. This made it possible — by reducing the content of total aromatics, sulfur and improving the fractional composition of gasoline — to ensure the production of high-octane, environmentally friendly class 5 gasoline in accordance with the requirements of the technological regulations.
As part of the program for the reconstruction and modernization of the Moscow Refinery from December 21, 2010 JSC PROMFINSTROY started work on the construction of mechanical treatment facilities. Reconstruction of treatment facilities, successfully commissioned on time, allowed to receive purified wastewater at the outlet with a content of petroleum products of no more than 1.5 mg/ l, and mechanical impurities — no more than 6.0 mg/l .
One of the largest bitumen production plants in Europe — with fully automated production processes. It is equipped with a sealed filling system and simultaneously produces several brands of bitumen. With its commissioning, the production of bitumen materials at the Moscow Refinery increased by a quarter.
On July 21, 2010 at the Moscow Oil Refinery, Chairman of the Gazprom Neft Management Board Alexander Dyukov, Yuri Luzhkov (Mayor of Moscow from June 1992 to September 2010), as well as General Director of the MNPZ Ildus Sarvarov laid a commemorative capsule at the construction site of the light naphtha isomerization plant.
