BMW INFRASTRUCTURE

AVTOPORT company has been developing in the automotive business market since 2003 and is an official dealer of BMW and MINI brands. At the time of its foundation, the company had 2 BMW dealerships in its portfolio, located in the north-west of Moscow along Pravoberezhnaya Street in the immediate vicinity of Leningradskoye Highway and in the Mitino eco-district on Pyatnitskoye Highway.

Since 2015, the location on Pravoberezhnaya Street has been repurposed into a training center of the BMW Representative Office in Russia, and a dealership for the sale of MINI cars has been opened in AVTOPROT Mitino. At the moment, there are 3 dedicated showrooms in the Mitino location for the sale and full range of BMW and MINI maintenance (diagnostic, locksmith, bodywork and paint shops), as well as a showroom of used cars. The buildings are built and decorated according to all the requirements of corporate brand identification standards. Construction and finishing works on all projects were carried out by a permanent partner throughout the 20-year history of PROMFINSTROY JSC.

Also, during the period 2019 – 2021, large-scale reconstructions of dealerships were carried out in AVTOPORT to create the most comfortable areas for customers to buy cars, luxury lounge areas, service and storage areas were expanded to increase efficiency in meeting customer requests.

Among the projects implemented by the partner of PROMFINSTROY JSC only in the last 3 years:

  • A project has been implemented to build 2 floors for client areas in the BMW and MINI AVTOPORT buildings (+385 sq.m).
  • A project has been implemented to combine BMW, BMW Premium Selection and MINI buildings by means of transitions at the 2nd floor level (additional 72 sq.m for client areas).
  • The project of a new BMW Avtoport cafe in an exclusive design has been implemented.
  • Expansion of the area in the BMW Premium Selection AUTOPORT building for workplaces (+22 sq. m.). The workplaces of an OPFU specialist and additional equipment in the TSA sales department have been introduced to improve the customer experience and the most comfortable process of buying a car.
  • A project has been implemented to build a warehouse of 348 sq.m (+84% of the area).
  • A project has been implemented to build an additional detaling service area for 4 seats (43 sq.m.).
  • An additional workplace with a lift has been installed in the locksmith shop.
  • Office premises for 220 sq. m. were built. m in the BMW building .
  • a photo zone for cars with the ability to shoot 360° has been established.

It should be noted the multi-level complexity of tasks, efficiency in solving them, as well as the reliability of the partner in the approach and strict compliance with deadlines.
