Having a fairly large staff, PROMFINSTROY JSC has always been in dire need of its own resources for staff placement. In this regard, in September 2004, the company's assets were replenished with its first own dormitory with a total area of 1200m2. The hostel was first located on the second floor at the address Moscow, Kapotnya, 2nd quarter, 20, it was possible to fully occupy this building by 2016. In March 2012, a second dormitory appeared in the arsenal of PROMFINSTROY JSC, located at the address Moscow, Kapotnya, 2nd quarter, 22, with a total area of 3,850 m2. Today, the dormitories of PROMFINSTROY JSC are clean, well-groomed, cozy, comfortable, modern premises capable of accommodating up to 500 people in total and located in close proximity to the main place of work of the staff. Since 2005, Larisa Yurievna Peshkova has been the permanent head of the dormitories.
