SLAVNEFT-YANOS
In August 2006, PROMFINSTROY JSC, as a general contractor, started work on the territory of the largest oil refinery in the Northern Region of Russia — Slavneft-YANOS OJSC, located in the city of Yaroslavl. In order to optimize the work in the region, the Department of Capital Construction of Yaroslavl (UKS Yaroslavl) was created.
In 2006, the builders carried out major repairs of hydrocracking plants, hydrogen production, L35/11 at Slavneft-YANOS, participated in the construction of a dark oil filling station. All works were carried out with high quality within the deadlines set by the customer, with strict compliance with the rules of labor protection and industrial safety.
And since March 2008, as a general contractor, PROMFINSTROY JSC has started the construction of the ELOU-AT installation. Two years later — in March 2010 - the new facility was solemnly put into operation.
Having started construction and installation works as a general contractor in May 2010, PROMFINSTROY JSC carried out capital construction of a catalytic cracking gasoline hydrotreating unit at Slavneft-YANOS OJSC, as well as - within the framework of this facility — a project to transfer the scheme of preparation and shipment of Super—Euro 98 gasoline to tankers.
The height of the torch is 65 meters. For high-altitude work, PROMFINSTROY JSC has developed and manufactured a special slipway for large-scale installation with whole belts (made of 10 mm metal sheets) on its own. The verticality of the structure is preserved due to the clamp patterns along the entire length of the arc.
In parallel, builders are constructing insulation of the inner part of the torch, running fire pipelines, collectors with burners and are working on external corrosion protection. For the first quarter of 2023, more than 300 tons of metal structures have already been installed.
PROMFINSTROY JSC carried out a complex of construction works within the framework of the project on technical re-equipment of production with the transfer of all fuel-consuming equipment of the plant to the use of natural gas, in particular, technological furnaces of the enterprise's installations. The two-stage project was developed to increase the savings in production costs of the enterprise, the energy efficiency of industrial facilities and the realization of modernization potential.
The ELOU AT-4 primary oil refining unit, with a capacity of 4 million tons per year, allowed the obsolete AVT-1 and AVT-2 primary oil refining units to be decommissioned.
The high-tech ELOU AT-4 combines blocks of electric desalination of raw materials, primary rectification of oil, stabilization and secondary distillation of gasoline. The implementation of the project allowed the company to produce environmentally friendly gasoline that meets the Euro-4 standard, as well as meet the requirements of the technical regulations for the production of motor fuels.
It is intended for receiving and storing products of gas fractionating plants (HFCs), sulfuric acid alkylation plants 25/7, production of methyl tert-butyl ether (MTBE), catalytic reforming L-35/6-300, isomerization of the C5–C6 fraction, as well as mixing parks of the commodity base (shop No. 13). GNE it ships commercial products to railway tanks, pumps components to shop No. 13 for the preparation of gasoline, and shipments liquefied fuel gas for municipal consumption to the regional gas filling station.
The wet catalysis unit (MK-2) is designed for the utilization of hydrogen sulfide and the production of sulfuric acid and has increased the production capacity of the enterprise without harming the environment. The plant is designed to produce about 46 thousand tons per year of 98% sulfuric acid used in the process of sulfuric acid alkylation (production of alkylate – a high-octane component of gasoline) or 48 thousand tons per year of 93% commercial sulfuric acid.
Since 2012, gradually, as the capacity of the Yaroslavl Refinery expanded, the company's commodity and raw materials fleet also increased. Construction was carried out first for the installation of hydrotreating diesel fuel, then — after the decommissioning of underground concrete storages — a new fuel oil tank farm was built. With the commissioning of the oil production plant, a new tank farm for the storage of group III oils with the replacement of existing paraffin storage tanks.
PROMFINSTROY JSC carried out a planned overhaul (as part of the reconstruction of the enterprise) of the ELOU AT-4 primary oil refining unit. By the forces of the Yaroslavl UKS joint-stock company, with the involvement of its own modern fleet of equipment and specialists of the company from various technical departments, the dismantling and installation of industrial components of the installation, welding of pipelines with subsequent control and other large-scale works were carried out, which allowed the repair to be completed on time.
PROMFINSTROY JSC carried out a complex of construction works as part of the reconstruction of the plant for the conversion of the company's furnaces to natural gas — which significantly increased the profitability of production and improved the environmental component of industrial indicators.
In 2022, the Yaroslavl UKS of PROMFINSTROY JSC resumed work at the GNE facility of Shop No. 5 as part of the reconstruction of the gas-filling overpass. Works on transportation and installation of tanks of LPG parks in the amount of 21 pcs. were carried out by a Liebherr LR1400 crane with a lifting capacity of 400 tons (the weight of each container is 47 tons). Work on the construction of the NDP of the first stage "Start of filling aromatic hydrocarbons in railway tanks" has been completed. In October 2022, the second stage of construction was completed.
