In 2018, specialists of the Ufa Department of Capital Construction of PROMFINSTROY JSC performed significant work for the customer at PJSC ANC Bashneft Bashneft-UNPZ. Major repairs were carried out on 11 installations. At the same time, ongoing and planned repairs were carried out on most of the installations of PJSC ANC Bashneft Bashneft-Novoil. During the execution of all repairs, depending on the scope of work, about 500 people were involved. Much attention has traditionally been paid to the quality of the work carried out.
< p> In the period from January to April 2019, PROMFINSTROY JSC (Ufa), as a general contractor, performed a cycle of inter-repair works at the fuel, oil, gas-catalytic and commodity production facilities of PJSC ANC Bashneft"Bashneft-Novoil. Within the framework of a separate agreement, work on the repair of commercial production tanks of the Bashneft branch of PJSC ANC Bashneft was completed in a timely manner. < p> From April to May 2019 by the Ufa Department of Capital Construction of PROMFINSTROY JSC — in cooperation with LLC "TP-engineering" — work was carried out on overhaul of the installation 24-100 PKT at LLC "Lukoil-Permnefteorgsintez" in Perm. Also at the 24-100 PKT installation, as part of a separate contract, a unique work was carried out on the repair and insulation of 120 pigtails of subcollectors on the H-001 furnace in cooperation with the Italian company Kinetic Technology. The works were performed in accordance with the work schedule and with the proper quality.Starting from March 2019, the staff of the UKS (Ufa) performs construction and installation work in the framework of the project "Construction of facilities of the general factory economy (OPC) for the operation of ELOU-AVT, UZK and KGPN, inter-shop communications and heat and gas pipelines" JSC "Gazpromneft-ONPZ", and also construction and installation work on the object "Construction of production of catalysts at "Gazpromneft-KS" LLC in Omsk.
Since June 2019, employees of JSC PROMFINSTROY UKS (Ufa) have been involved in the capital construction of the gas fractionating unit of the oil residue processing complex of PJSC LUKOIL-Nizhegorodnefteorgsintez, perform work on the installation of metal structures, pipelines and technological equipment.
During 2019, the staff of the UKS (Ufa) participates in repair work at the combined plant for the production of MTBE and oligomerizate of Gazpromneft-Moscow Refinery JSC.
In 2018, the repair of 11 installations was successfully completed at Bashneft-UNPZ. The repair of furnaces P-1/1, P-1/2 was carried out at the visbreaking installation, where the furnace P-1/1 was completely replaced and the furnace P-1/2 was brought to the standards. The overhaul of the Bashneft-UNPZ main unit has been completed — AVT-6.
At Bashneft-Novoil, the specialists of PROMFINSTROY JSC carried out major repairs on 8 installations at once. In March, the 37/2 installation was overhauled, in April— the hydrogen production plants, in June — the 21-10/700, AVTM-2 and ELOU-7 installations were overhauled. In July, the installations were overhauled.nbsp;JV and CO, AVTM-1 and ELOU- 5, in August—nbsp;- GFH installations. Throughout the year, specialists of PROMFINSTROY JSC carried out scheduled repairs at fuel, oil gas-catalytic and commercial production plants. All objects were delivered on time or ahead of the schedule of repairs.
In 2018, ANC Bashneft put into commercial operation a complex of biological treatment facilities Bashneft-Ufaneftekhim, the reconstruction of which was completed in 2017. New bio—treatment facilities are the largest environmental protection project of the republic. During the design and implementation of this project, the world's best technologies and practices used in industrial water purification were applied. The purification technology consists of several stages: primary preparation, biological purification, desalination, ion exchange. The use of these technologies makes it possible to achieve such an effect that after processing, the water meets strict standards for reservoirs of fishery importance.
The modernized BOS complex included 81 objects in itself. Work on the installation of equipment, construction of buildings and structures by specialists of PROMFINSTROY JSC and contractors was carried out around the clock. The daily number of personnel at the facility exceeded 600 people.
